time to spill the beans - it's kazaa - I downloaded 2 60 meg rom collections this morning and am now downloading a 2 and a 300 meg collection.

Lots of overlap I imagine, but hey, I should get some more.

Brings back fantastic memories.

 

i have a mame dvd for xbox with about 3000 games on if you have something to swap it for

 

I have every MAME rom for MAME 0.62.
That's all the 3,596 to date. Not bad for an ISDN line (and a 'little help' from tombstones mame site). Nice people indeed - RIP their glorious service

Getting hold of those older roms is not generally a problem. As has been said earlier, kazaa is a good source.

Many of the newer, and bigger, sometimes MUCH bigger, roms are more difficult to find as someone's got to pay for the hosting and bandwidth consumed. I found http://www.romnation.net to be good for many roms.

Who's got a zip they want to mail? Got quite a few but need more!

Ive got a zip with 767 of the smaller ROMs I can put somewhere (for a limited time) for people to d/l. Size is 111MB.
