If this is for ScoobyNet, you may want to enable the previous setting only for the turbosport (where the pictures are hosted) web-site.
Basically it (turbosport) checks your "referrer ID" (where you came from) to make sure that the picture is to appear on ScoobyNet (rather than, say, some **** site), so that the bandwidth can't be abused.
Leaving the privacy/referrer available to all sites means that if you go from, say, leedunited.com to manchesterunited.com, the latter knows where you came from
