Question

Hi all,

I'm after any experts out there who could possibly help me with a slight probem I have.
I have just recently bought a new computer. (Emachines - Pent4 2.4GHz) it has Windows XP on it.
Any way I have started to get on top of things, getting stuff re-downloaded from various sources etc.
Then I remebered that I needed the macromedia Shockwave and Flash plugin, in order for me to view certain webpages. (And also to view the Joecartoon stuff I have).
I go to Macromedias site and proceed to download/install the plugin.
Any way the thing freezes on me and nothing seems to be happening.
i go to download.com and try from there, still freezes up.
I read the replies from those that had tried to download as I had, and the majority were having the same problems as myself.
Yet there seems to be no answer.

Has anybody on here experienced the same thing.

It's quite annoying now, as it seems that every website i go to now is in flash, and I get nothing.

Anybodies thoughts would be most appreicated.

Muddy.
