how do i backup from laptop to desktop?
#1
i have 2 lap tops plugged into a hub then onto a desktop.
the desktop has a shared folder on it in which sits laptop A backup and laptop B back up, these folders are copies of the my docs folders from each laptop.
how do i set it up so that when each laptop gets plugged into the network it can easily backup/synchronize its updated my docs folder with that sat on the laptop back up folder on the desk top?
it seems that as i have XP home on all 3 i cant used the synch facility on XP as i cant make files avalible off line.
anyone know (K.I.S.S please, i am not bill gates)

a)
Use a batch file with a net use command for the share and an xcopy for updating the files. Put the batch file in your startup folder.
b)
You're a tool
I'll write an example and mail you if you ICQ me your e-mail.
