XP error msg - 914 qttask.exe – No Disk ???

Converted my drives sucessfully from FAT32 to NTFS, now sometimes on boot up I get:
914 qttask.exe – No Disk
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.
Canel, Try Again, Continue
Why??
