Can I Extend an XP Desktop to S-Video or something?

Hello,
Been hunting for info on how to do this but not coming up with much.
I use a NVIDIA GeForce3 Ti 200 graphics pro, and it has a device selection option to choose what to display Windows on.
So I can look at Windows on my monitor or change the output device to TV and use S-video as the output format.
But, can I have Windows displayed on the primary monitor and also the TV, using S-video out, at the same time?
