We have a PC here at work that just keeps restarting itself all through the day.

I can't see anything wrong with it, done a virus check looked at the power settings etc and its gone way over my head now.

Can anybody help me sort this machine out before I launch it through a window?

Two wild stabs...

Dodgy stick of RAM or it's overheating.

Make, model, OS etc...

Made by a firm thats now no longer about, just a home build type machine really.

Runs WinME, Intel Celeron Processor, it says 112MB RAM?

The fan is running all the time, and it restarts itself even when its only been on 2 minutes 1st thing in the morning.

Does it have a UPS attached?

Recently had one with dodgy batteries that was causing reboots every while...

Try a different power supply if you've got one spare....

Seen that fix a few of these in the past..
