Recommend a PCI soundcard for XP?

Can anybody recommend a cheap sound card that has signed XP drivers??
The on board sound on my mothboard has never worked as I cant get a decent XP driver. I intend to fit a PCI sound card & get that working!

Got some cheap PCI sound cards, but no idea if they'll have signed drivers.
