I know this is very popular at the moment but seeing as was not having much to do over the Xmas period, i thought i would try my hand at doing a web page,
I have never even attempted to do one before, especially as i am the least creative person in the world.
Its still very early days and still need content, but please can you comment on the structure/layout,problems and give constructive comments
One problem at the moment is that the hit counter does not work, im still scratching my head on this one,
site is here
http://www.wcsr.co.uk
oh i think the domain name is still winging it way around the net, so bear with it if you cannot link to it yet
thanks in advance
Phil G
edited because i have fixed the requirement to link to www.wcsr.co.ul/main.htm, it now works with www.wcsr.co.uk

Site looks cool. The only thing I can really comment on is the huge list of Links.
I personally thing there are too many. Your could try cutting the list down of catagorising it differtly to enable visitors to be able to jump to different sections.

Hi there Phil. I've had a nosey on through your site, I like it, nice and clear navigation, looks promising.
As I seem to have said alot in the last week, if you'd like to add a link to my site in your list of links, I am happy to do likewise, helps to spread the subaru word
Cheers

Dave i have added your site to my links page, and you do the same for me!!!.
The formatting of the site is still very fluid at the moment, and i am slowly adding content and trying to present it in a clear presentable format.
Please check out the site and comment on what you like & dont like and suggest any possible content that you my feel is relevant.
Regards
Phil G

I have set the news page so at 1024x768 there are no horizontal scroll bars,
I still have to do the rest of the pages,
Is this the best resolution to optimize the site for, i could prob have 3 lots of pages for each resolution 800x600, 1024x768, and one for greater than 1024x768 and have it detect the best setting, this will take a little more time to do
What do you think???

Just over half of net users are on 800x600 still, so you should be designing for that resolution.
You could either keep the site a constant width like this one http://www.drysuitfactory.com or a liquid layout that resizes with the window size like this http://www.expure.com/aria4.
