£12.99 /month is less than the wholesale cost they are paying BT for your user connection - so it doesnt even cover the fat pipe out of the ADSL cloud to them. And it certainly doesn't cover a decent sized Internet Pipe out of the ISP.
"no P2P restrictions" - They dont have to - there wont be enough bandwidth to worry about web browisng let alone P2P when the 3rd person signs up.
Don't expect them to be round for long
