Windows networked profiles!

Can anyone point me towards some info on using a profile on all computers that are networked? (windows 98 and xp puters)
I know i have not given much away but its not really my area im just after some browny points.

Mandatory NT profiles? .man not.dat non changeable once renamed, make the Administrators profile how u want it then copy to a location. Rename to .man and point the required users to use that profile
