Question

I am looking at using a barcode scanning PDA running Pocket PC for asset control. This will be via a wireless LAN and will (hopefully) connect to a server based Access database. I have a little experience in VB programming and have got hold of Embedded Visual Tools but am not sure where to start.

Does anyone know of any sites that might have code snippets and the like?

Ta muchly

Re barcodes.

http://www.fontware.com/section/products/barcodes/

I've integrated the EAN 13 barcodes from Fontware into an Access 2000 DB. They give you the VBA modules to work out the checksums etc.

Thumbs up

Thanks Chris

I wonder how I'm going to swing 95 notes for a few typefaces past the beancounters?
