urgent help help
explorer caused me some errors as always...i shut down the pc
and restarted it and it restarted in safe mode
my backround pic is not clear and when i do right click properties
settings.....color is set to 16 colors and the screen area is set to 640 x 480 pixels.
when i change those settings a window comes up asking me if i want to restart the pc....i do that...but when it starts again the settings are the same as before
what shall i do

stavros - Running your PC in Safe Mode will couse your PC to use standard drivers for your graphics card, this is why you are not getting any options to increase the resolution of your screen.
Restart the PC in normal mode to get your drivers started again.

in that case you need to reinstall your gfx card drivers, sounds like its got screwed up somewhere and is running the standard pci graphics adapter. U absolutely sure youre restarting it in normal mode, and not safemode?
