might have to get it.
Just thinking can you not load the processor using primes or a cpu tester running it slower perhaps ?

Doesn't it do a speed test of your machine when you install it? If you've upgraded the processor since you loaded the game, it might be using an old delay speed. Uninstall/reinstall, re-run the configuration or just play about with any .cfg/.ini files?

go to downloads.com and rum something like Hotcpu and see if it slows it down
