Anyone know of any freeware that can extract .swf to movie clips?
Had a look on cnet, but most5 of theirs get dodgy reviews.

I've used this for ripping things out of Flash movies if its any use?

Its not free but you can download a trial version. Dunno if the trial one is much use, i have an "extended" trial version. If you want it give me a shout.
