Odd request for the older users! (Lotus 123 for DOS!!!)

dont remember .ALL being a lotus 123 valid file extension ?
nor the .LWP - is this possibly to do with Lotus Word Pro (the follow on to AmiPro?)
can you get a 2nd copy of the file to confirm its not your copy thats knackered ?
does the originator confirm the file is not corrupt and will open in 123 DOS ?
do you have the associated Lotus 123 Formatting File ?
Usually .FMT i think for DOS 123 and .FM3 for Windows 123 ?
jeez its a bloody long time ago i used to teach / use 123 DOS

Can anyone help?
I've been given a worksheet from a Lotus 1-2-3 for DOS system.
I have the following files:
something.ALL
something.WK1
something.LWP
I've tried running it through Excel XP via the Lotus 1-2-3 convertor (specifies WK1 and WK? files), but I end up with cack!
Can anyone help?
Thanks
Andy

How badly do you need it ?
My dad almost certainly still has a DOS 1-2-3 around (dont ask ). I'm sure I've got disks (at home) for 1-2-3 for windows R5 which should open it I would expect.
If you need the file mail me and I'll see what I can do.

Lotus 123 - now you're talking. I hate Excel, only use it when I have to and have stuck to Lotus 123 for the last 20 years!
I also still have the original disks (maybe not the DOS version, but certainly an early version) and can let you have any you need if you have a problem.
I also used to have a Victor 9000 (CPM wasn't it?). Sold it to buy one of the first IBM PCs. Can you believe that in the 80s I had to pay around £10k to get a P/S2? 4mb RAM, 105Mb hard drive - pure state of the art!
