Question

My old hard drive 40 gb, is on its way out & I would like to copy it onto a new hard drive.

- I want to keep the original OS & all my files
- What is the easiest way to do this?
- Both PC's have ethernet cards & I have cross over cables to connect directly
- I will need to copy A's hard drive to B & then from B, onto the new hard drive C
- Ahy software that will assist in this?

Thanks,

Norton Ghost or DriveCopy4 will do this for you.

Not used Ghost myself, have used DC4. You install the two drives in one machine (new one as master, old one as slave) and run DC4, which will copy the entire contents of the old to the new.
