That's tricky, a lot of ISPs charge for "roaming" so not sure you'll find it as a free option with any of them.

I would suggest phoning NTL .... then I realised what I was about to say ...

www.gric.com

GRIC has led the way in providing access to the Internet and corporate networks through dial-up and ISDN, and is committed to embracing all commercially-viable access methods as they emerge.

In 2000, GRIC added broadband wireless access compatible with the 802.11b standard, thus beginning the creation of the world's first global wireless network. In the future, GRIC intends to support a wide range of broadband access methods as they become commercially viable. For example, GRIC is actively exploring ways to provide its services through DSL networks as well as networks based on 3G and GPRS.

Used to use it with old work

GRIC also supply points of presence in 'unusual' areas for other ISPs

For Europe you can use pipex I think but on an everyday option I use an IBM global account. OK it costs £15 per month but they guarentee local rate access worldwide and worldwide local support so you are not phoning the uk to get techy support.

Pipex cover a lot of worldwide destinations, but I think you pay extra for roaming

I would look on their site ... but it's down
