Just want a little app written for me please

It needs to connect to a com port, do something with data that comes down, then pass the data into a virtual com port for another application to use.

Or something like that

Is that hard or easy?

SHould be easy, plus you can program CE using excellent tools such as Embedded Devtools, which I believe is still a free download from Microsoft, and allows you to program for WinCE in VB. Which is nice
