Passwording a folder

Hello
Can anyone recommend a utility to password a folder in Win98SE. My PC is occasionally used by friends and family and I don't want them stumbling across my ahem 'educational films'

create a new file on the main drive and call it "**** stash" for example. Then mark the folder as hidden in the file properties.
make sure the "do not show hidden files and folders" is checked in the folder options settings.
When you feel like some hand to gland combat, go to start/run, and type c: **** stash.
happy secure w@nking.

forgot to mention. this only applies to people that have no knowledge of the basics of windows.
I'm no IT specialist, but if i get let loose on anyones pc,and their not around, the first thing i do is "show hidden files and folders" , swiftly followed with a search for mpeg, jpeg, avi, gif, etc, etc.
in a nutshell, if anyone that uses your machine has very basic knowledge of the windows file system, forget it.

There is a propritary program I bought on the net from the States called "Magic Folders".This will allow you to hide any folders you wish until by a combination of keystrokes you bring up the dialogue box and enter your password.
