HGV1 Driver

When other people send mail with attachments, HOW do you see them, when you keep pressing open and nothing comes up, what do you have to do to see their pictures, please help.

jon, need more info! what's your email client??? what's the attachment extension? etc, etc.....

I am not sure what all that means, but the mail and attachment comes in from my mate who has a hotmail account, but when i double click his pictures (with open envelope on it), i cannot seem to open them, he gets mine and he sees them every time.
