WTF is up with this or me?

2 PCs running XP. PC 1 has a cable modem via USB and a NIC for the domestic LAN. IP addy 192.168.0.1 / 255.255.255.0 etc.

PC 2 nabs its IP via DHCP from PC 1.

Printserver set to 192.168.0.3. IP does not conflict with PC 1.

The printserver can be pinged but it's BiAdmin config util can't find it (even though both TCP/IP and IPX are installed as required). Printing to it via its driver yields a "cannot connect to printserver" error.

Stumped. Any ideas?
