MSI packages - tool ?

A very quick on someones bound to know....
I am convinced there used to be a tool with the W2K Res Kit that allowed you to open .MSI files (to see what they installed, Added to the Reg etc) as well as create them.... InstallSheild Lite or something....
Anyone know where it is ? Or did I just dream it and actually download it....

there is but its i cant remember what it is... have a look at www.appdeploy.com installshield will create them, im unsure about opening them though... wiclb is quite a good util... from that site...

Found it in the end on the W2K Server CD/ValueAdd/3rdparty/Mgmt/WinStle - its the Veritas WinInstall/LE - it will do for now - till I can get to a big internet Pipe to download InstallShield...
