Opened a Tiscali account yesterday and as it's supposed to be sooooooooo bloody wonderful I changed my profile to the Tiscali address. When you do this you are supposed to be automatically sent a new password by scoobynet (which you can then change back to the old one etc) but with this ******* account no emails have come through from either Scoobynet or 22b.com
I even re registered on both just to see if details came through or not.
Not a bloody thing from either.....I want my passwords so I can keep using my "proper" name!
Any ideas why these emails are not getting throught to me?
By the way connection is unreliable and service slow. Makes aol look good. I am cancelling it today.

The ScoobyNet server is sending out mails - I've just asked for a password reminder and it was in my webmail in seconds.
You tried the lost password thing again this morning?

I do yes but it sends it to Tiscali.....or rather doesn't as it never turns up in my in box. just want to use my bloody user name again. This really wound me up last night.....

As a Mod do your powers go as far as being able to change my email address? If so I can give you the address I want to use then just send myself a password reminder to the correct one??
