According to that your PC and whatever it's connected to via ethernet is running at 100mbps

what does 10/100 mean, well more to the point
how can i say

you PC 1 run 100mb pre/s to the router

PC 2 u do the same

How do i do it?

Some older ethernet is 10mbps (megabits per sec) and the more common ethernet these days is 100mbps. 10/100 on network cards, hubs and switches etc means they can deal with either speed, most are autosensing too.

Not sure what you meant in the next bit

If your NIC is 10/100 that will mean that you are running CAT5 cabling probably, the speed at the other end will be determined by the port on the other end.

e.g Hub only runs at 10-Base-T then you will only get 10Mbps

Link lights on the back of your NIC or hub/router should show what speed you are running at.

says
local Area Connection

speed 100.00 Mbps
sent 5,716,605 bytes
recieved 58,699,823 bytes
