Hi,

I've an Acer Aspire. It decided to update Microsoft Edge, since then it's telling me my account sign in needs to restart the PC and I've a temporary profile.
My Canon photos have all gone, as has a copy of a full backup on the desktop. The new Edge won't sync with my old files and favourites.

Tried to reset PC but it won't!

Any ideas anyone please?

Thanks, albob, will have a scan through! Fortunately I've kept same photos on an old Macbook too.......but I've some legal correspondence on the PC I need back.....am sure they won't be scrubbed!
