Do you know what sort of web page i'm on about.
that my customers/suppliers can hav acces to there own account 'pages' to keep track on their orders etc

oh right!!!
i'm looking to get a web page sorted but it needs to have the possiblities to EXPAND all the way (if needed at a later date)...thats why i ask about that other stuff.

Most design houses should offer that sort of functionality.

Unless you go to a "non-professional", as that guy was waffling on about the other day, you will probably be charged quite alot.

DSL = ADSL, basically anyone who get's Pipex ADSL (£19.99 + VAT a month) gets this package included.

I use Webfusion (now part of Host Europe)and they offer an e commerce package that will do just this. All you will have to do is link to the first page of the online store (from one of your web pages) which is pre installed as part of the package.
You can then configure the store using a Web based user admin panel (dead easy).

The shopping cart is Miva Mechant 4 and it plugs straight into Worldpay and many of the other payment gateways.

Cost: about £75 per month plus the dreaded VAT.
And the good thing is Webfusion are based in Beeston (Notts) so when things go wrong you can go round and give em a good kickin!
Must admit - their support is a bit Naff!
