Damn ... sold my nice 15" NEC LCD and bought a 21" videoseven monitor but after setting it up in my study it's WAY too big for my little room, so I need to sell it so that I can buy another screen. gutted

doh, sorry to hear that... looks v nice... I would have it but Ive got a nice 19" iiyama and two 17" philips... (Dual / Triple monitor)

I take it you didn't order it online or mail-order then, as if you had they would have no option but to take it back under the Distance Selling Regulations (unless you agreed differently beforehand).

I always thought that the Sales of Goods act covered items for 21 days or something like that. During that time you are able to return it without an questions asked by the seller/dealer.
I am not 100% sure this is correct, just thinking out loud.

Yes your right about the return of goods mate.
But when I bought it from my supplier he told me the size etc and told me that he wouldn't take it back because he wouldn't be able to return it and asked me if I was SURE that I wanted it, which I said yes just get me it and if I didn't like it I would sell it.
So I cannot really go back to him now.

Dude, what are you going to go down to? You don't really want to go back from a 21" screen I have my Iiyama 22" and couldn't do without it Seriously though, hope you sell and get something big enough to just fit!
