Got it on the Xbox but have right hand in a cast so can't play in anger just one handed. Seems lively, needs some control tuning but cool

It's like GT but you don't have to mod the cars to win, it's what I've been waiting for anyway, I love forza but I prefer GT more lifelike.

put it this way it's the best driving game for the ps4 currently till Gt7'drops, buy it ....

I did read it has linked weather... Did if wazzz it down for all you too?

On PS4 with controller , PS3 and all driving games on that now retired. A truly stunning next gen game, looks and feels like a high end pic sim. Rock solid visuals at 60 fps. Every cars is highly detailed inside and out with about 20 different liveries or colours ,Cars feel solid and all have different handling, after you've warmed the tires up for one lap. A little twitchy with the controller but once you've configured it its all great, on line is superb. You can adjust the date and the weather will be as it was on that day, month and year, lights are superb. Rain, thunderstorm if awesome............the developers of the GT range must be s##ting themselves playing this and going back to the same old hash up. Sound of the cars is on another level. You can even change the seating position in the car 6 ways to get your most preferred view!!!!!!!

I have drive club, it's ok but nothing special, the A.I is a bit weird, the computer controlled cars always seem to try crash into you.

Yeah GT7 shouldn't take that long see as 4,5, and GT6 were just the same cars, tracks and leaving stuff out that was in the previous games

Thinking about getting this on the PC. Is it like Gran Turismo/Forza in it's format?

Also with an R9 270 and i7 with 32gb ram and ssd what's the highest settings will it run well on?

It looks incredible, hands down the best visually, and I think the soundtrack and effects are great too. However...

The FFB is awful. They really do seem to have made a right **** of this. I'm downloading some patches by one of the guys on the forum tonight, they are XML's that overide the dgames settings totally. I really am hoping for the best because compared to Assetto Corsa its literally years behind right now, and that is a massive disappointment for a game with so much money and development behind it.

That said, there is a LOT of complaint about this right now, so maybe it will be fixed pretty quickly. If they get get the FFB right in this game then as far as im concerned, nothing can touch it.

I've got a buttkicker on my racing cockpit, and that really adds to the feeling. Fills quite a gap currently left by the FFB issue, although not entirely obviously.

Any pics of your cockpit mate? And some genuine comments on it? Im really starting to consider buying one and changing the whole damn house round to accomodate it. LOL

On the FFB issue - I cant recomend this topic enough... what a bloody difference. They want to sack all these professional racing drivers they have hired to develop such things and just hire this fella!

http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/sho...-Tweaker-Files

Give it a go mate, just a simple copy and paste a folder job, easily reversible.

I'll give those settings a bash - thanks.

Here are a couple of pics, but they don't really show it off in all it's glory:

Name: driver2.jpg
Views: 0

This the one I bought -> http://www.gtomegaracing.com/gt-omeg...ional-rs6-seat

Honestly mate, I was really sceptical at the time about the kind of money I was going to spend and the amount of use this would get. Taking into account the only things I already had were the consoles and wheel. I needed to buy the cockpit, monitor, sound system, PC, cabling etc etc (along with a buttkicker). It wasn't cheap.

To put it plainly...... it's friggin awesome!

The cockpit quality is good and the sturdiness is second to none. The good thing about this version is that the monitor rig is separate, so you don't need to concern yourself about any cockpit movement being transferred to the screen (getting wobble). It really is a good solid set-up and I would recommend these to anyone.

If you're in to your driving games and can justify the costs, you won't regret it.

Fire away if you want to know anything specific.
