New Phone - Windows Phone?
Morning All
Been looking at new phones lately as its Upgrade time and thinking of jumping networks too.
Seriously thinking about a windows phone, got one for work and they seem quicker and have longer battery life than my current android phone, and i am on it all day at work and it easily lasts a day.
Specifically looking at the Nokia Lumia 930. Basically want a very good camera and battery life.
New iphone is too big so not considering that.
Any Nokia Lumia users here?, or any other suggestions?.

TBH I just changed tariffs and phones, considered going windows too but after reading up about the 930 and the other lesser models I decided to get the Note 4 (I ave a Note 2 currently)
I also looked at the LG G3 and the HTC M8 (or even M9 ju8st coming out) when I considered all the options available, speed, capacity, cameras etc the Samsung won.
I wouldn't ever go iPhone, well not until I grow curly hair and start bleating like a sheep anyway.

I have a Nokia Lumina 630, don't use half the features but it's been perfectly fine for about the last 6/8 months, battery lasts the best part of a week as I barely make any calls, just the odd text and a bit of browsing, occasional music playing and checking the weather forecast, sat nav app comes in handy too.
Can't fault it TBH does everything and way more than I need it for and cost peanuts too, I think people that spend £4/600 on a phone are mental, especially when there are so many that essentially do pretty much the same thing that can be had for tuppence.

Dave i did some testing with Nokia for Royal Mail a year ago, Lumia 800 900 etc. I've just tried updating the 900 and blricked it, the 800s worked ok. However i don't feel windows phones will last and they feel unfinished so i would honestly stay clear.
if you need a good camera go with
Sony Z3 or HTC think the samsung s6 is pretty good too but sonys lens is the best, samsungs feel cheap and flimsy ( well my work s4 does )Sony feels solid and my Z2 is my preferred phone for work, and Iphone 6 for personal.
Iphone 6, people moan but some of the photos it does are mega, forget mega pixels unless you really need it for blowing it up, megapixels are worth looking at if you doing it in Anger like proper camera ****.
Z3 also does 4k video.....But its Android thats the only bummer
Most of the clients i work with choose Apple as the premium device and android for the masses, NONE i say NONE chose Windows Phones.
