my boy changed his gamertag name on the Xbox last night and now he has lost Xbox live and the code 8015190A comes up saying he's not connected.

I've done the test thingy and its show everything is ok.

I can get on live using my gamertag.

so this has only come up since he changed his name..

been on the forums but they throw nothing up really except silly Americans.

can anybody run through in laymans terms what I might need to do ?

 

sorted. it was a Microsoft network problem and they have sorted it..
