Netflix
For those who want a bit more from their Netflix try changing the DNS code on your computer,I use 162.243.65.31. It allows you to watch the American Netflix which has a bit more than the UK one but not everything that the UK one has.
I have a media box for my TV so its just a case of doing a manual setup of the wi-fi and changing just the DNS . You can Google it to help if your no good with a computer like me and you can find more American DNS codes which you will need anyway because I am told they change Evey few months or so.
I think this mite be in the wrong section but thought it could appeal to more here
New D.N.S code 213.5.182.117

Here's the crack, you go to somewhere like
http://www.netflixfixer.com/2013/06/...s-netflix.html
They have a list of DNS servers to use, the top one right now is 109.123.111.24 Secondary: 192.95.16.109 which if you put the first one in a browser links to http://playmo.tv/ who offer a free trial, when that's over you'll need to sign up or find another number.

I think its the secondary one but not sure. You can just Google American DNS and you will be swamped with them.

This is how it looks on my screen when I do it.
I have a media box for my TV which basically turns it to a smart TV . Just in case you don't know of these things they are very good and cost £50 upwards. You can have Netflix/YouTube/I player and more on ANY modern TV (you need internet,of course)
Network Setup.
IP address. 192.168.1.64
Subnet mask. 255.255.255.0
Gateway. 192.168.1.254
DNS. 192.168.1.254
All I do is change the bottom number (DNS) to 162.243.65.31 and of I go.
It will change every few months but as said before you just need to Google a new one.

Not sure if it could be done by altering DNS entries on the router as on the above posts
