Both phones have very good specs, personal choice really. Consider the Note 3 aswell if you're a Samsung user

I'm leaning towards the Sony Z2 as I go to Benidorm with my mates in June and if I get thrown in the pool when my phone is in my pocket the Sony will laugh it off

Samsung s5 is the phone to have as its smaller and lighter, not by much but that's what makes all the difference when the phones are getting like tv's

Tesco's isn't bad, £34.5/mnth 1gb 4G data, 1500 mins, 5K txts, free S5. (upgrade anytime)

Or a £38 plan unlimited 3G and txts, 500mins, again a free S5.

imo no point in having 4G unless its on an unlimited data plan, otherwise you can't take full advantage of the speed.

The fingerprint reader on the S5 has been hacked already. Avoid.

I went with 3 in the end, unlimited 4G and txts, 600mins, the unlimited 4G was a no brainer for me and better network coverage than my current provider, £38/mnth. Ended my current S3 contract 3mnths early and covered it by selling it on t'bay for a fair bit more than the early cancellation fee, job done.

if your happy with your current handset then i'd get a sim only deal, your only tied in for a month so can always get a new one at any time and will save you a fortune.

I picked up an S5 today, tried one out in the 3 shop and was impressed by it - far better than it's predecessor.

I bought the starter pack that they sell so I can get a screen protector on it plus a case.

I have ordered a Spigen GLAS.tR SLIM screen protector and a SGP Tough Armor case plus a Samsung 64GB SDXC Pro memory card.

I have fitted Spigen cases and screen protectors to all my recent handsets and they do a great job of protecting, they are so good that handsets still look like new.

I always thought those cases would be worse for damaging your phone as when you go to pull it out it would slip out of you hand and flie over the room

Lovely phone the S5, has a much more premium feel to it, had it a few days now, everything is improved, the screen is outstanding as is the hike in performance.
