Autosmart G101 Multi Purpose Non Caustic Cleaner is one of the best

...diluted appropriately

Ta mate. Also found a website called polished bliss that stocks it and pretty much everything else for car care/cleaning

No problem, you'll get it a bit cheaper over the counter though. Polished Bliss is excellent, I get all my cleaning gear from cleanyourcar.co.uk - if you're getting into it check out Detailing World.
...Be warned though, it is highly addictive and your friends and family will think you've lost it

I use Bilt Hamber's Surfex HD:

I used to use Autoglym's 'Engine and Machine Cleaner', but the BH stuff, as always, is simply better.
