Ive been using a few products currently using Megs glass clearner, side windows look great but back and front screens look smeary. What products are there that don't do this,
I use Autoglym glass polish about once a month, the rest of the time its just a shamie, warm water with some fairy liquid and then a rub with an old news paper.

Try using a clay bar on the windows first, give them a good going over as there might be some sort of containment on them that your just rubbing in hence the smearing.
You can try vinegar, or as suggested, undiluted screenwash on a microfibre.
Wipe dry with another dry microfibre.
What dressing do you use on your dash?
Once its clean, I find Fast glass with a microfibre once a month or so, keeps it clean
