Default A BIG Detail on a tough vehicle !!

Many of you cleaners and detailers will think that your cars are hard enough to do and I myself have spent days doing various cars, but when some customers came to me asking if I could help them with this one, I was up for the challenge.....

This vehicle has had a hard time over the winter and obviously not been garaged. There was mildrew on some of the panels, dirt everywhere and some dodgy looking bits in the rear parcel shelf !! But since it is an open top coupe, I didnt need to hoover it. Straight onto the washing !!

Luckily I had three keen helpers

The vehicle in question

First rinse

The wheels

Washing 1st stage

This one wasn't quite getting the concept of rinsing

Foaming stage

Wash stage 2

Rinse and dry

Sorted
They are available on fairly cheap rates, they only require a few fruit shoots and feeding three times a day

Question though, why are they not using the "two bucket method" ?

Glad you lot liked it

Ah, the 'two bucket' method' was not needed here, as there were quite a few scratches on the A pillar and on the roof with severe swirling due to some over enthusiastic J turns and the cat lying on the roof

A full machine polish would be needed, maybe part II

Though due to the excess water in the parcel shelf, I did bring out the Dewalt drill and make a few drain holes

still waiting to be paid

Much better They had the Wii controls confiscated to stop them being couch potatoes and a hefty boot up the backside to keep them outside

Kids are strange, they moan all winter that they cant go outside and when we have glorious sunshine complain that they want to play inside

Anyway after their detailing session, they were taken for a bike ride, bit of trampoling and then some rugby in the back garden...funny how when it comes to a physical game like that they ALL want to be on Daddy's team

Thought you would like it, I have trained them well

Note the use of old manky sponges, dirty PB work towels and the one bucket method. I didn't want to let on that no way were they getting the good stuff

They liked the foam
