Generally buy most my bits from Halfords on the 3 for 2 offers. Get a couple bits off Ebay also. Don't rate the Halfords washing mitts, they fall apart to easy, but the branded stuff is usually well enough priced.

Any info on the tyre shine? How to use etc... as I currently use Turtle Wax 'Black-in-a-Flash' and spray it onto my tyres. Ok but not the best shine ever.

Just spent 50 odd quid on Megs stuff..... finally decided to 'clay' my car and I must say I'm impressed. Does anyone know a cheap place to get some more Megs Clay Kit? I tried Polished Bliss (who seem to be the cheapest) but they haven't had stock for a while

Simple, just spray onto clean tyres and leave to dry to a nice, deep satin shine which looks great.

But as i said, a nights rain and its as good as gone ....TBH i have yet to find a tyre shine that lasts in the wet?? Evn tried blackfire tyre gel and id didnt last either

I just stick to the autoglym now and use it often
