Default Treating stone chips

Hi. I've got numerous stone chips on my bonnet which I've made worse by catching them with my pressure washer, taking off the laquer surrounding them. The worst of them I'd say is around 0.5 cm across. Is there any way to treat these to make them less noticible?

If that's the case jambo, do you know how I can repair the laquer?

Respraying is the only option once lacquer has started to flake/peel from the edges of stone chips I'm afraid; you may find a skilled smart repairer capable of doing this to a good standard, but generally speaking a bodyshop would be a better bet.
