trying to find a touch up pen, tryed halfrauds and the local factors but not having much look. Local paint shop said if I give them the paint code they will make me some up.

So does any one know the paint code for my2006 white spec c?

51E from memory, but it should be on the chassis plate.

 

If it is 51e you can buy touch in paint/brush from a Subaru dealer for £7 - I have one in the garage for my STI.
Subaru part number is J3617AC003.
