engine bay cleaning guide !!!!!!!!!

a while ago some on here had made a impreza engine bay cleaning guide with photos showing exactly what to cover up and how ! i think he made a cardboard cut out to cover the tmic , any way i was wondering if any one could find the link as i cant and i really could do with cleaning my engine bay
