Thumbs up meguiars clay

What a belting piece of kit - first washed the car then sprayed on the detailer then rubbed the clay softly over the paintwork a panel at a time - i should of got pictures of the of the clay bar after i finished it feels funny at first as its sanding down all the crap in the paint - took 2 hours to fully go over the car and now its as smooth as glass i then gave the car a once over with scratch X (my arms feel like they are going to fall off) - I then washed the car again then slapped on some gold class polish.

I am looking forward to getting my Porter cable when i go to Florida in June then i can start experimenting with different polishes etc a lot of people rate the #80 and then slap on some paste wax but there’s so many choices!!
Shame ive not took any pictures due to selling the camera

I thought id just give you my 2 p`s worth

Regards

Justin

Nice one, get some pics up! Some people like to wash the car after claying to remove any clay residue before polishing. You will certainly appreciate the PC once you get it. I would also look at the Menzerna range when you are Florida - they are causing a stir in the UK market at the moment for all the right reasons - check out robertdon777's thread in this section, showing the results of using Intensive Polish on his classic.

Dont put a curse on me for gods sake - hopefully the mosquito function on the radio might warn off any unwanted attention
