Thanks to winning the Dirty Scoob Pic contest, and as a result my prize was some Swissol Car Bath, I gave it a go today, and with the Meguiars Clay Bar, followed by Zymol Japon Wax

Just check out those reflections

Very impressed with the Auto Bath, some of the pics are before the wax too

Swissscooby, I use it as well. No problems getting you sorted with some from Switzerland - call Claudius Anwander (Swissol) on Zurich 01 730 4050

You might want to check out the web site first though... www.swissol.com

I use the Samurai wax and the other products. We should meet and I can show you the gear. Be prepared...it's not cheap !

Edited to say it is the mutts nutts, dog's danglies and king of wax and wash products.

Thumbs up

Chaps

What's the secert in getting Swissol to REALLY shine?

I've had pretty good results so far with my DBM wagon by washing, claying, paint cleaned and waxing ... but after seeing images on the BBS .... mine looks not so shiny

Should I buff her for longer? ........... oooerrr

I just give her a good capful of Car Bath for the wash, make sure she's really dry (I use a water blade and terry towels to dry) before waxing and buffing...and for that extra special shine, take a microfibre cloth and go over her after the wax has had time to cure in the sun (usually leave her for about 3 hours). I use the paint cleaner twice a year and the clay bar when need be.

Try that and see if it makes a difference. It'll be interesting to hear others "techniques".

Sonic - lovely shine on your motor dude. Nice one !

Yeah, I was at the last two bends before the finish and then went down to the start for a while I had my Scoob drivers cap on and still got burnt to fek and back ! Maybe see you at the weekend but it looks like it's gonna bucket down. Give us a bell if you want more info or take a look at the Swissol gear.

Forgot to tell you - the Swissol wax smells GREAT - you wanna eat the car after you put it on
