Question Stripping off old Wax

before applying some of the new natural waxes made by another company, namely yourselves is it necessary to strip off all the old wax ???
Bearing in mind I will be doing this by hand as I do not hace a pc

If you are going to clay or polish the car first, then this will in most cases (particularly the latter) remove all of the previous last step products. The alternative is to use an All Purpose Cleaner, such as P21S Total Auto Wash - dilute to half normal strength, spray over whole care, leave 5-10 mins, then wash normally. Your paint will (literally) be squeeky clean afterwards when you run your finger along it.

do I need to use aclay bar if the paintwork already feels silky smooth as the car isnt exposd to the elements very often??

No - if it feels silky smooth then it shouldn't have any surface contaminants. Trust your fingers!
