Why don't pitures show up????

Why don't pictures show up????
Only a link shows up, is it my browser?? the only way i can make the piccies peeps have posted show up is by right clicking on the page and selecting "translate into english" this works a traet. Any thoughts???

As it happens I have this on my clipboard so one quick CTRL+V and here we go ......
if you want to see images in threads go to "USER CP" at the top...the click "Edit Options" scroll down to "Thread Display Options" and makse sure the box labelled "Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code)" is checked and click "Save Changes"
