Default Oh no!! Sills :(

My sills have completely rotten on my v5 type r. What do I need to do to get them sorted? Get new sills from wer? How much am I looking at to get both sills replaced? I only noticed them today. Just as I'm Bout to get the rear arches sorted and the bonnet do I get the sills sorted first? What do I do to have them fixed? I'm panicking

Pop some phtotos up! Sounds like you need a full restoration, rust will keep coming back so you need to cut it all out, it won't be cheap unless your going to get your hands dirty, I would get it all done at the same time, your vehicle is silver isn't it?

Once you've got your side skirts off you will have a better idea..then you should grind any rusty areas until you see bare metal..iv just done mine but luckily I only needed 2 patches welding on both jacking point's (where the skirts expose the sill near the rear ) then after you have cleaned up any rust, clean up and brush on 2 coats of red oxide and once dried, 2 coats of waxoil.
And if like me it doesnt end their..im just onto my rear (inner) arches where same rules apply

Doesn't sound good will it need new sills? If so wer do I source them from? Or will the body shop just weld fresh metal in and shape it? Has anybody got a rough price on how much it will cost on average? £300-£400?
