Default Thread on disc/pad replacement

A while ago on here I came across a "how to" thread showing the process of replacing Impreza brake pads and discs. Now it actually comes to a point where I need to do the brakes on my own car, I cannot find the thread on here for the life of me.

I've used the search function, looked through the "wheels, tyres and brakes" and "general technical" sections and haven't turned anything up.

From my memory of the pictures included in his "how to", the guy who wrote it owned a silver classic with black calipers, which I'm sure were AP Racing or Brembo. Whichever brand they were, the logo printed on them was yellow. For some reason, I believe the user had "Mark" in his Scoobynet username. I certainly cannot remember whether or not the thread was a sticky.

Can anyone recall seeing or using the guide, and do you still have the link handy?

I think the thread is in technical archive bud. It really is simple to do, I've done my pads twice and discs once.

I just used a bit of copper slip grease on the back of the pads... Mine (PF discs & pads) have had some use & not heard a single squeal!!
