Has anyone got a contact number for this company as I have been trying to contact them for days now and they NEVER answer the phone number listed on the website.

I placed an order for front and rear brake disks for my Scooby, they claimed they couldnt find a company to deliver them as i am in Guernsey, but they didnt seem to try very hard.

I paid Via paypal and as i have waited for them over 45 days to sort something out i cant file a non delivery claim so i need to get hold of them directly somehow.

They never answer the phone. You have to email them. That said, Bob has always rung or emailed me straight back without a problem!

Email, Bob rang me back within 5 mins. Paid him over the phone. Discs and pads arrived the following day

 

All sorted now, I managed to get through on the phone.

Glad to get it sorted Phones do get busy from time to time. Some people ring at 10am when we start work and say they've been ringing all morning (not directed at you Lee)

The problem with this order was that shipping was to Guernsey. The order was packed and ready the same day. As explained on the telephone, we tried PayPal delivery (numerous times), ParcelForce, Send It Now, UPS, FedEx, Interlink, DHL etc. Spent ages and came up against a brick wall. That and the fact the postage paid was only £12.99 for 2x 20kg boxes, although we agreed to foot the extra £12.99 we found that shipping to Guernsey was a bit of a black hole and much more expensive than other UK non-mainland. In the end we left it with you to see if you could find shipping at a reasonable cost and didn't hear back from you.

Am glad we got it sorted in the end, your parcel has been sat here ages! Phew!

Normal course of business is same day dispatch as many here on SN will testify.

 

I have the same problem.
Have rung for days and sent emails.
Just want to have confirmed that my brake pads are sent. (Paid the 24th)
I go to Norway on Thursday for the start of the Time Attack sesson, and then i need brakes.
Otherwise, I have to get something else in the meantime.
Got a reply on Friday at 12, then would they look at it but have not heard anything since.

Of course I understand that they certainly have a lot to do. But at some point you must also answer the phone.

 

Have tried to call all day again, it rang before then the phone is switched off.
Do not really know what to do the time is running out for me ....

 

Today is a public holiday in the UK so I'd highly doubt you'd get an answer today.

Then it is not surprising that I did not receive a reply today. Hoping for progress tomorrow.

 

Once he reads this thread you will get sorted mate, I've used them and had a issue but not with the delivery, that was spot on.

Would use agin if needed.

 

I finally got a hold of them by phone.
Everything worked out. My package has apparently been lost.
But they send a new via express so I'll get it in time.

 

Rang Aztec, couldnt get through, 2 mins later received a call back, i cant complain

 

Got my brake pads in time.
Drove them on track this weekend and it worked great!
