What's missing from my rear bumper?

What's missing from my rear bumper?
Noticed a gap in the rear bumper this morning, just above the number plate - spot lights now seem a bit exposed. I'm sure it wasn't there before:
Anyone know what's missing and where I can get a replacement part?
