cannot believe you posted this thread i was looking for ages last night trying to only have the car sound on in races but i couldnt figure out how to do it,

See on gt mode..there's all them button's on the left were you can go into your garage. . think it's a icon or 2 below that

same here. . me and ma standard power .. modified suspension etc etc 22bsti kicking evo's asses with about 100 bhp:P

Sure it's in the options before you go into the main game. I have it with no music just engine sound.

 

i turned the music off in race ages ago.
can be done from the main menu or the gt home options menu.

off topic but im stuck on the all stars races. i cant get the veyron to handle well enough. might have to lash out on the zr1.

 

the music in the game isnt as bad as i first thought, the crap thats on between games and while in the garage really pissez me off. it was the same on gt5 prologue.. i managed to turn that off though. i didnt end up playing that much.

 

i have prologue too, and was'nt really that impressed, but the thought of joining some guys on SNET to kcik the evo asses tempted me enough....plus i have a £200 steering wheel to dust off.....logitek G25...."Transmogulator" on PSN
