Stand to be corrected but I am sure i have seen results of 450/400+ with correct supporting mods. Banny is running over 500hp on his other 2.0l with meth.

Do these have forged pistons etc? I have a 2.5 2006 spec D with ppp and I think my piston lands are done. Will my heads fit and would it need a remap? Thanks.

Ye you will need a remap as i believe this is a 2.0l STi short motor. Should fit straight on with correct gaskets etc

if your hawk is uk.. 2.5 i dont think they are strong enough for 450/450.
this 2.0 jdm is probs the strongest of all newage engines which are known to take 450bhp with similar torque.
jgm himself is running 500 on his blob engine.
banny is running 523/420 on this exact engine in his car with standard v3 heads.
so i should think 450/450 should be fine on these.

no worries fud, it will work with any heads, so your 2.5 heads will mate fine. could be a nice and cheap upgrade.

Unfortunately could not complete the deal with Fud, as his 2.5 heads will not mate with the 2 litre block as the combustion chambers are too large
